The front and side of the house needed some grading improvements to control water runoff. We removed the side fence, removed the concrete patio stones and a ton of dirt. Then we installed weeping tile at the side, front and to the down spout and it all fed into the new French Drain (AKA the grave) we dug in the front yard.
