We were impressed with Albuquerque, NM. The Sandia mountians lie to the east and the Rio Grande runs thru it north to east. It’s a very pretty location in the midst of a lot of desert. Check out the BLOG!

The “Welcome to Old Town Plaza”, Albuquerque entrance. That colourful design is a stunning piece of tile work.Gorgeous!

That tiny little white adobe house is one of the oldest in town, dating back to before 1846.

This was a new adobe house in the neighbourhood just outside of Old Town.

Our “home” on Route 66. Another urban RV park but a great location for exploring the area.They also had a collection of vintage trailers you could rent, pics follow.

It was just a big parking lot with a few trees
